INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Read the document that provides instructions for five 5-minute self-care activities.
2. Choose at least TWO of the activities to try out. I'm hoping these will be fun!
3. Write a reflection on this discussion forum that includes:
 Which two activities you tried.
 Why you chose them.
 How your experience was. (Was it helpful? Did it have an effect? Etc.)
 Link back to the webinar and article for this week and describe 2-3 ways you think the activities
you chose could help you maintain self care when working in mental health or traumatic settings.
 Please briefly share 1-2 recommendations of self care that have personally helped you as an
interpreter.
NOTE: Please limit your reflection to 500-700 words maximum. While I enjoy your in-
depth discussions, I want you to distill your experiences and comments into briefer
answers that highlight the most important points you want to make. The discussion
boards are not meant to be weekly essays.
