 Write a paper on whether the culture (i.e. Male-dominated workplace, Mostly Women managers, especially in education, undermining or lessening the effectiveness of Millennials, etc.) in the workplace will trump (beat or outwit) current policy.  If so, write about why and how to change the situation.  Include in the paper what possible management skills progressive managers must have to alleviate or eliminate the problem.
