Thinking about all we’ve studied up to this point and write a reflection on leading in animal services with a business approach, the importance of an entrepreneurial mindset, and to ensure we’re providing what our community needs/wants for their pets.  Now that you’ve completed a sample business plan, share examples of how an organization’s mission, vision, values and culture can reflect a business mindset and principles. Why is this approach and mindset important and necessary for Contemporary Animal Services?
