For this first assignment, please review these three texts. 

THEN please provide your response to ANY TWO of the readings. This need not be a formal essay–please just tell us a few things that got your attention in some way: which statements and ideas and references were intriguing, confusing, bold, inspirational, dubious, relevant, etc….? I’d also be VERY glad if you referred to some of your own experiences with reading. Responding to OTHER people’s ideas is also encouraged!
