Reducing The Rate Of Asthma Among African American Children(age 5-15) In Washington, DC (Ward 7&8)

Edit the file that I have attached . I am writting to the Mayor of washington Dc in regards to the high rate of asthma in ward 7 & 8. I need help adding more details to each of the options.

Each option should :
Describes the action needed to resolve the problem
How the solution will work
Reflects the urgency
Why the solution will work (effectiveness/impact and cost)
be a bit more analytical as you evaluate the options against one another

As for the recommendation , add more detail why the option 2 is good and peruade the mayor to accept it
