1.Your task is to create a scenario of how you would use general aviation to carryout a terrorist attack on a specific target.

-Do not go overboard, try to be as realistic as possible using the key concepts of planning, organizing, controlling, etc. 

-Remember, you are looking for the most drastic outcome.  Also remember the key definition of terrorism from the earlier part of this course.
