Support the importance and impacts of intercultural communication in the hospitality and service industry

This individual assessment consists in redacting critically with pros and cons (thesis, anti- thesis and synthesis) an essay of 1000 words minimum to 1400 words maximum (integrating pictures, figures, graphics, quotes, in-text citation, in-text reference, reference list based on Harvard Referencing standards and requirements …). Each student will have to use and implement all of the acquired techniques and tools that he/she learned through the present module courses until week 7.
