Purpose: To think through and organize a comprehensive strategic plan that incorporates high-level strategic thinking plus tactical and financial details

Task: Submit a written marketing plan that clearly articulates you market analysis, strategic plan, and tactical decisions for the final year of the simulation. This should be an explanation of how and why decisions will be made, not a detailed layout of actual decisions.

Using the outline provided in Appendix A, the following guidelines must be followed:

  • Your audience is the C-suite executives of your bike company.
  • It must include a title page, seven pages for the report, and no more than the equivalent of 5 pages of charts/graphs. NO MORE THAN 13 TOTAL PAGES.
  • Use 12 point font, 1.5 line spacing with one inch margins, & page numbers.
  • Title page should include your company name, class name/time, & names of team members
  • All external material used in analysis should be noted in the text and citations should appear at the end of the document. They should be in order and follow a consistent format of your choice.
  • Charts, tables, & diagrams are encouraged and should be in-text (not at the end).
