- Using examples and evidence from the documentary and the articles by Peggy McIntosh and Robin DiAngelo, discuss why most Whites have a tendency to reject the claim that they benefit from whiteness. It is important to make sure that you draw a clear distinction between race and class. For example, a poor white person, still experiences White privilege, but lacks class privilege, and although a rich person of color experiences class privileges, they continue to suffer from racial discrimination.
