• Which types of studies did you select? (Comment consecutively for each study using Last name et al to identify the study.  Use the CDC material and/or the Logic of Science article above to decide the study design. 

• Include a comment on the level of evidence for each of the studies (use the Logic of Science classification – the pyramid).

• Was your limited systematic review based overall on weak evidence? strong evidence? in between or varied? Make a summary statement  (Pls note: This is not a critique of your SR!  It is an exercise to improve your skills in being able to identify different levels of epidemiologic/scientific evidence).

Note: When I say systematic review, please refer to the SR you did in Cap I if you have not yet completed a careful SR for your OpEd topic.  The aim here is to be able to critique the evidence that was available to you after you did a worthy search. Many research questions either do not lend themselves to an experimental study approach, or there is not yet enough evidence of a medium or high level because it is new or underresearched.
