PHASE 5: Paper

The paper should be around three to five pages not including the title page and reference page. Present a detailed explanation of the technology you chose to research and a detailed evaluation of which product(s)/service(s) were best based on your research and evaluation matrix. The ratings you assigned based on your research for each technology should be reflected your final decision. For example, I would not expect you to choose the technology with the lowest total weighted score!  In the narrative of the paper you should discuss the choice you selected, the rating criteria selected and the rational for the ranking, etc. Much of the material should already be in your annotated bibliography and evaluation matrix. You are comparing the technologies and presenting your final decision as to which was best and why. Give the of the background information for arriving at that decision. At the end of your project, include a works cited page, not the annotated bibliography. You may include the evaluation matrix as a table in the research paper. Submit your Research Paper in APA format including the Word with works cited page and an Excel Worksheet with your evaluation matrix into the Blackboard assignment by the due date on the course Detailed Schedule.
