Invented Words (ex. Xerox or iPad) and Dictionary Words
2. Research whether you can:

You must research and discuss all three.
3. Report on at least one (1) case/controversy/lawsuit involving your choice. Example: case involving color copyright or lawsuit regarding trademark infringement.
