Leadership training is important in order to ensure that leaders have both the necessary discipline and tools for leading. Learning from other leaders, more so those with first-hand experience is very important in training. Generally, training remolds the soldier by removing the negative traits and fostering the positive traits. As a result, the leaders made become very adaptable and of diversified structure. Better leaders are being created in the army through the integration of basic military training and leadership training.
