This is the final component of your Transition Support Plan. Details concerning what should be included in these Components are below.
Instructions:
- This section should describe anypost assessments given to assess the effectiveness of the TSP. Narrative AND graphical representation of data must be included. Anecdotal data such as student, parent, or teacher comments should also be included in this section. The final component of this section is a personal reflection upon the Professional Work Sample and how it has impacted the candidate’s instructional practices.
These components must be a minimum of 4 pages typed (total), double spaced in length.
Submission Instructions:
This assignment must be submitted via the appropriate link in Module 7 on the course Canvas page and in Tk20 by Sunday at 11:59 CST of this week.
