The amount of time parents are given to pick up their child after they receive a call.
Parents will have a 60-minute time limit to pick up a sick child.
A clear plan that will be followed if the parents cannot be reached.
If a parent cannot be reached, we will call all emergency numbers listed on the child’s contact list.
How the child will be cared for until pick up.
Children will be in an isolated area until parents arrive to keep the spread of germs and contamination.
Consequences for parents who are non-compliant.
If parents are non-compliant their child will be removed from the facility and not able to return.
