In your post, you need to cover either SELECTION or ITERATION. You are free to include content about both.

I will be talking about ITERATION for my post. I will be adding in a snip of a step counter that will collect daily steps and then average them out by how many days were added in. This is something that we use regularly with pedometers, most phones have them and automatically calculates this.

I used the while() function in my example. While() is conditional to only be active if the steps entered are move than 0 with the output indicating to exit is -1. You are prompted to enter in your daily value of steps, the loop counter increases by 1 count until you enter in -1. The results are the sum of all the steps entered divided by the number of days. This will give you the step average.
