1. Think about safety issues that medical entities could be facing. Come up with a method that JCAHO should review and discuss ideas that can make a patient experience safer.
2. Make sure to provide detailed information, but also answer these questions: What type of healthcare setting is this for? How would it help the issue you have mentioned?
3. This should be a minimum 3 paragraph submission.
If you are unable to come up with a safer patient experience, you can explain a prevalent issue that was addressed by JCAHO previously. Explain the process of how they found this to be an issue that needed to be addressed and how it was handled.
