• Watch the feature film, Robot and Frank, through the University’s library streaming service or by any other means.
• Participate in the Robot and Frank Discussion.  You will be creating the discussion questions so read the directions carefully.

This assignment will tie together this Module on Aging with the Module on Digital Technologies.  We will go into the future to see a world in which robots (autonomous artificially intelligent machines) are personal assistants.

View the feature film, Robot and Frank.  Robot and Frank can be viewed from the UA Library.  Here is the link:  UA Library  .  To view from the UA Library, search for the video’s title and click on the Electronic Resource option.  (It will offer you the option of connecting to the title online.)  You could also borrow a DVD of the film or stream it through other sources.  I don’t care how you watch it, just watch it.

Develop two probing discussion questions about the film.  Post each discussion question as an original thread.   Post two separate original threads for this assignment.  Relate your question to course material/objectives as well as the movie.  Post each in the Robot and Frank Discussion.  Once you have done that, respond to two questions posted by other classmates.  (Answer two questions, not four.)  Each response should be at least 125 words in length.  Again, try to draw in course material/objectives when writing your thoughtful responses.
