Part 1: Audience Responses

You must now be the audience to at least three (3) of your classmates’ work (Assignment 1 Presentation) and complete the following for each of the three (3) presentations you viewed:

1. List the title and author (student) of the work.
2. Briefly (approximately 150 words) remark on the Content, Creativity, and Efficacy of the presentation. Please note that these comments are to be constructive in nature. That is, you may provide feedback that is positive or negative, however you must also identify either how it could have been better, or what made it work. For example: “The theory was clear and easy to follow, however the presentation could have been helped if you had given an explicit example of how…..”

Go into the “Assignment 1, Part 3 (Final Presentation)” Discussion Forum and, for each of your three responses, post your response on the discussion forum as a reply to your classmate.

Part 2: Impact Statement

Pick only one (1) of the three (3) assignments you reviewed above and write an impact statement about the presentation. The impact statement will discuss specifically how viewing the presentation has had an impact on:

1. Your understanding of the topic: this will be like an abstract of the presentation. Write a summary of the main points of the presentation. This is to be approximately one double-spaced page.
2. Yourself: how has this presentation impacted you as a person, how you approach the topic, or your perception of the culture(s) discussed. You may also wish to discuss how it might impact your later work/studies. This section should be no more than one double-spaced page in length.
