What assessments will you use?
How will you measure the employees performance during training?
How will you know if they have passed the class? If you are using a written test (paper or computer) submit a copy.
If the test is physical, submit a description of how you will test the employee.
Include what is considered correct answers/actions and what will be a passing score. Why did you choose this passing score? What is your plan for trainees that do not pass?
