Groupthink” occurs when there is an effort to move stalled decisions and avoid conflict, which can result in possible poor decision-making outcomes.

Have you ever been a part of a negotiation where “groupthink” or something similar occurred? If yes, describe the event, your feelings before, during, and after the event, and mention what you might have done differently.
