Civil Discourse and Critical Reasoning Paper

 

You will write a 4-5 page paper defining the behaviors that promote civil discourse and critical reasoning and articulate a rationale for these as requirements for our society.  Additionally, you will explain how the U.S. legal process seeks to promote civil discourse and in what ways it does that well, and what ways it does not succeed in promoting civil discourse.
