Complete the table by comparing your practices, or if you have not yet participated in grading and reporting, the practices of other teachers in your school to the five strategies for ensuring that grading is fair and conflict-free. Add any common strategies used in your school that do not appear in the list. Once you have reviewed each strategy, create a document in MS Word format (.doc or .docx) and describe which strategies may require additional learning by you and/or the teaching staff. If you do not believe any coaching is necessary, explain why you believe this and describe your effectiveness in employing these strategies. Limit your response to no more than two pages and/or 1,000 words. When you have completed your response, upload a copy using the tool provided below.
