In this module’s presentation, discuss policy and procedures needed to inform patients and families regarding the facility’s cultural standards. Explain why these policies and procedures are important, both during and outside of a pandemic. Identify methods of including frontline HCWs in the development of procedures in the facility and rationalize how it would be beneficial.
Note: At this point, your PowerPoint should be at least 12-16 slides, not including your title or reference slides. You should have 4-6 references as well.
