A common way that class-based bias plays out is in hiring. Many companies use some form of “culture fit” criteria to judge whether a candidate would fit in their organization.  Respond to the following questions: 

1. How would you define your organization’s culture? 
2. What type of candidate are you looking for that would be a good cultural fit in your organization?
3. Based on the previous questions, how does your organization practice inclusive hiring?
