1. Do you think Congress should pass a law that mandates backdoors for law enforcement to use when they have a warrant to conduct a search of encrypted digital devices? Why or why not?

2. Should government be able to compel someone to unlock their phone or do you think the 5th Amendment precludes that authority? Explain your answer.
