Introduction Paragraph
Start with a topic sentence just introduce your problem, issue in one sentence (1 sentence)
then go on to explain the problem and include background information (3-8 sentences). As part of the background include what the current policy (the way we are currently dealing with the problem) is, and explain why it isnt working.
finally end with your thesis. (your thesis should be a claim about why the problem needs to be fixed) (1-2 sentences)

Start with a topic sentence which states the first reason/example to support your thesis
Provide evidence 1 (from an article on Gale) to support this first reason, and comment on how it supports the reason/example

Refute or shoot down their reasons, in other words explain how their reasoning is incorrect.
Body Paragraph 5 – Solution Paragraph
Topic sentence to state your proposed solution to the problem
Explain how solution would help improve the problem
Connect with your reasons and examples from the body paragraphs
Conclusion
Topic sentence rephrasing your thesis
Summarize each body paragraph into one sentence each
End with a call to action where you ask your readers to work to implement your proposed solution

List in MLA format every article you have used for the paper. List each article in alphabetical order with the authors last name.
