Review the NCAA policy document . This publication is thorough and outlines the NCAAs policy on sexual abuse. Although it was published in 2012, sexual abuse scandals at Michigan State, Ohio State, Penn State and many other institutions have been major stories in college athletics.

• Is the model policy in Staying In-Bounds strong enough? How could it be improved?
• Discuss why colleges and universities have failed to protect student-athletes from sexual abuse, even when policies were in place.
