How would you handle the following situation?

You are working as a counselor in a community mental health clinic, you also teach courses at a local community college. A student from your community college Introduction to Psychology course presents at the mental health clinic and demands to see you as his therapist.  He states that you are the only counselor in the clinic that he can feel comfortable with.
