As we have learned in the lesson, appropriate delegation is an essential skill for a supervisor but can be one of the most difficult to master. Spend some time reflecting on where you are right now in your development of leadership skills as it pertains to your ability to delegate. Do you think you are good at delegating tasks to others? If so, how did you arrive at your current state of comfort and what steps did you take to get there? If this is currently an opportunity for improvement for you, why are you still uncomfortable delegating tasks and what is your plan to get stronger in this area?
