PED 433 Facility Assessment Power Point

For a facility of your choice, create a profile of its management practices. Your profile will review the following areas of facility management: a) programming/scheduling; b) human resources; c) revenue streams; d) promotion and customer retention; e) activity and event risk management. The power point must be a minimum of 10 slides and include photographs of the facility. Be sure to receive approval from facility owner/manager before beginning assignment. Interview this individual.
