Based on what you have learned about McClelland’s Need Theory, (1) which need (or needs) is the most important for you at this time in your career (or life, if you are not currently working)?

Knowing McClelland’s need theory leads me to believe that the perks and pay are now the most crucial elements of my job. I’ve always believed that working together to complete household tasks should be appreciated. However, incentives and awards give me more confidence since they demonstrate that my superiors are aware of my advancement and achievements in the workplace.

Were the results of the survey surprising to you or what you initially suspected they would be? Explain your response.

I took the test, and my results were a behavioral approach score of 70% and an inhibition score of 69%. Nevertheless, since completing duties on schedule makes me content and hopeful, I agree with the results. I am also more motivated when I receive a reward for a job well done, based on the rating I earned.

How does your company measure these or other various tools to improve employee engagement and increase work productivity?

Personality tests and evaluations, in my opinion, aid organizations in predicting how workers would behave under different circumstances, particularly in terms of productivity and efficiency. However, I believe that these assessments support human resource managers in meeting the demands and preferences of their workforce.
