2) What personality traits do teachers need to be successful?
3) How do you approach discipline and what role does it play in learning? (This helped me to begin articulating my approach to my discipline in the context of teaching. For others I know it becomes larger than the discipline itself and may link to the personal growth of students and not only their intellectual growth.)
4) How do you plan on interacting with parents? Is this something you see as important for the success of your students?
5) What do you think of technology in the classroom and how will you integrate it into your lessons?
