Gone  over your thesis briefly and found it is generally well written. However, it is still many places where needs improvement. First of all, please include a table of list at the very beginning then I can capture the whole picture. Now the framework now is unclear for me. Also please remember to sue section number properly to indicate the arrangement. Second, I do not see adequate explanations on your focus group (when, where, who and how), and how you summarize your results from the interview? Third, I can not find the Figure 1. Do not confuse Table with Figure. Forth, references are not in a consistent format, and some are incomplete. Please revise.
