The 6th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution guarantees citizens the right to trial by an impartial jury of their peers.  Jury selection thus becomes a time of choosing jurors in favor of your case and dismissing those biased toward your opponent, Read the fact pattern “in action juror selection” and answer questions 1 and 2 as to your recommendation of jurors impaneled and jurors excused. Be specific as to challenges for cause and peremptory challenges.
