This patient scenario can be a short patient history, a healthcare practitioner’s assessment, a portion of patient’s discharge note, or whatever you want to create. You may want to describe a patient’s illness or injury or discuss a medical procedure pertaining to a specific diagnosis. Make sure you appropriately use the medical terms within your scenario.
