Scenario: 

As president and CEO of a local communications firm, Wave Agency, you are working with a client that owns a popular North Shore restaurant and is preparing to open a second location near the Tulane campus. The 10-year-old restaurant has a loyal clientele for its dine-in and carry-out menu items. In addition, it has developed quite the following for its new line of take-home, ready-to-bake entrees that can feed six to eight people. This service line was initially developed in response to the dine-in restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic but has grown to be a substantial part of its business even after those were lifted. Your agency will create the campaign materials to announce the new location, introduce the restaurant to its new neighborhood and promote its food to potential customers.

The Tulane location will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, closing  on weekdays and  on Fridays and Saturdays. You discover, through your research, that families often eat in for dinner and then get a ready-to-bake entree before they leave. You also learn that the take-home entrees are popular for business meetings during the week and for backyard parties and other social events during evenings and weekends.
