Leadership and advocacy go hand in hand in Early Childhood Education and Care. Throughout this discussion try and acknowledge both aspects:

Leadership: Do you think it is possible to have a team of collaborative educators sharing leadership equally toward a common goal? What would that look like? Feel like? Sound like?

Advocacy: Given all the readings and video links offered this week, please briefly comment if advocacy is appropriate in ECEC? If so, when is it appropriate and who would be the advocates? Ensure you include examples.
