Health Disparities refers to different rates of health or illness that marginalized groups have in comparison with their privilege counterparts, whereas health-care disparities refers to the differential access to health care or treatment by health-care providers.

Health a complete state of physical, mental, and social well-being not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
