organizational problems – 5-7 sentences

After reading the Snowden & Boone (2007) article highlighting contexts in which leaders make contextually appropriate decisions, create a post to share how this framework might be useful in your assessment of the organizational problem you seek to resolve for your Final Project. 

My organizational problems are: 

(1): Company lacks an Organizational Exit Policy & Procedure.

(2): Not all managers know about types of change. We need to make sure we know the differences so we know how to implement them in the future.
