Responding to Visual Representations

 Find an image online or in a magazine and do an outline that follows the Learning by Doing prompts on pages 285 and 296 (Seeing the Big Picture and Reflecting on Images).

• The images must be a PRINTED advertisement; it CANNOT be in a news story or newspaper, commercial, or an image in a demonstration, outing, etc.
• Focus on what elements stand out to you and why
• The response must be in MLA format, at least ten sentences, no more than one full page.
