“Select an existing product/service or create your own business idea of a fictious product/service and write a strategic plan for your choice.
The strategic plan should cover the following topics:
— Analysis of the external market (Porters five forces analysis required);
— What you would do to improve the efficiency of the firms value chain;
— What generic strategy you would adopt and elaborate on your strategy;
— What diversification strategy you would adopt and elaborate on your strategy;
— Choose a host country, discuss the nations competitive advantages in the specific industry, and develop your strategy in the country.
