Article critiques are to be 2-3 pages in length, not including the cover page. A peer reviewed journal article is the only type of article to be used for this assignment. In addition, the article must focus on some aspect of epidemiology. Students are to provide a short summary of the article followed by a critique of the article. The summary should be no longer than half a page. The focus of the article critique should be on the critique. Students should analyze the research, writing, and etc. of the journal article. Students can use the articles identified throughout the syllabus or can choose their own. Further directions for the article will be provided in the content section.
All written assignments must be typed (black ink on white paper; margins on all four sides no greater than 1 inch; Times New Roman black font 12 point) and double-space unless otherwise noted. All written assignments must include a cover page with a) your name b) the title of the assignment, c) the date. All references must adhere to the latest APA style guidelines
