Put yourself in the shoes of a leader, and answer the following questions:

  1. Based on the 16-personalities assessment you completed (available in the Additional Resources section), which is your profile? How do you describe yourself, as a professional?
  2. Which theory of motivation would you use to motivate your employees? Why?
  3. Which leadership theory describes your leadership style? Why?
  • At least one source outside of your textbook must be used, and it must be included in the reference list at the end of the post
  • All sources should be included in the content of the post using APA format
