The final integration paper will be 8-10 in length using the American Psychological Association (APA) format.  Syllabus attached for course description and concepts 

• The paper is a synthesis of what you have learned during the course. It should include content covered through the readings as well as in-class presentations and your own personal or business experiences. Show what you know. Demonstrate your mastery of the content, critical thinking, and understanding of the implications of the various techniques and skills you learned in class and how they apply to real-word conflict management and dispute resolution and self-awareness.  Be authentic and vulnerable.
• What have you yet to learn? What blind spots have you discovered? What questions will you explore after the class? What might you do differently as a result of the new tools and lens youve gained?
• You will be graded on the quality of your writing in addition to the content. All papers should be proofread for grammar, spelling, etc. Make sure that you have a clear thesis statement and a logical flow in supporting the thesis statement.  Determine whether a sentence or paragraph contributes to the overall paper. If it does not, consider editing it out.
