More Empirical

this discussion post is about Brenner Centers Why Crime Declined as an update on the empirical approach to crime. Levitts 10 came out in 2004. So, this 2015 is like an update 10 years later. It is also coming from a political point of view. I will upload the file of the Brenner Center report so you can read and have the necessary information to answer the questions.
