Questions to answer:
1. Deontology is the view that you must act in accordance with your moral duty. On this view, it simply is wrong to steal, so you don’t steal.
Vitrue Ethics is the view that you need to develop good habits and attitudes and then you will naturally just not want to steal.
Utilitarianism is the view that you must do the action that will create the greatest good in the world. So if by stealing you won’t harm the person you are stealing from very much and you will help those in need with the money, then, it is permissible to steal.
