I decided to interview my Pastor. Even though I have been under his ministry 15 years ago. The name of my pastor is pastor Tony, he has been for over 21 years ago, the name of his church is RCCG Covenant House Indianapolis Indiana. This great man of God left his career as a Register Nurse and answered the called of in the year 2000. He married to a beautiful wife, both they had four beautiful daughters. Pastor Tony stands on the biblical standard of the theological principle of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Worldwide. In the cause of interview, we discussed how he became a pastor and his commitment as a pastor. Also about his fulfillment in his ministry, the source of strength and courage in his calling.
The religious leader that I choose to be interviewing is pastor Tony Fasoore. He isthe senior pastor of The Redeem Christan of God Covenant House in Indianapolis,Indiana. Located at 5210 Lafayette Road In 46254, the part of his backgroundinformation that he was a member of Muslim onbringing bring he converted toChristianity. He was registered was before he answered God’s calls off God inthe year 2000. Pastor Tony is one of the religious leaders respected figures in African communities across the states,and he has been in ministry over twenty years ago. He plays an influentialrole in shaping attitudes, opinions, and behaviors because his members trusthim as a good leader. I have been under is ministration many years ago. He is aman that practices what he preaches.
Pastor encourages me to discover God-given gifts to impact the lives and disciples of the gospel. His watchword is excellent

Spirituality and religion play an important part in the physical and mental health of a patient.

Background Information
Religious leaders can play an important role in a healthcare setting. Depending on the religion and culture the role may vary. Some healthcare organizations have a Pastoral Care department where they employ various religious leaders to minister to the sick and dying. Oftentimes the role of a religious leader is to go into a hospital or skilled nursing facility to provide spiritual care to members of their congregation.
